COMMITTEE BACKGROUND
This fictional crisis moves across a divided galaxy where political legitimacy, military force, and fragile alliances compete for control. Delegates will represent characters and institutions with goals that do not neatly align.
Expect rapid updates, private negotiations, and consequences that follow from both what the committee decides and what individual delegates choose to do.
