COMMITTEE BACKGROUND
In the Death Note committee, delegates will face a new world crafted by the hands of Kira, a figure who kills by name alone, targeting the criminals of the world. Is he delivering the justice the world always needed, or is he a murderer no different from those he deems unworthy of life? And how far can the world go to stop him before it becomes something just as dangerous?
